What to expect:

Sometimes you know something is off, but you can't quite name it. You're stuck, spinning, emotionally overloaded or shut down, and what you need is presence with your own intuition and nervous system, to be able to find your own clarity. That's where I come in. What I do: I tune in, to your energy, your emotions, your patterns, your memories, your souls deeper voice. I listen psychically, energetically, and intuitively. I take that information and use it to guide you down a path to your own knowing, using direct and compassionate questions to teach you how to access self inquiry and self trust. While teaching you the tools to be able to access this for yourself. It's like a more in depth counselling session, where I often pull in other modalities like Relational Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Reiki, various nervous system regulation techniques, and whatever is needed for you in the moment. I feel what's underneath what you're saying (or not saying), and reflect it back in a way that helps you recognize your own truth.
