What to expect:

This is for when talking isn't enough -- and advice just doesn't land. Sometimes you know something is off, but you can't quite name it. You're stuck, spinning, emotionally overloaded or shut down -- and what you need isn't a plan, it's presence. It's clarity, its someone who can really see you. That's where I come in. What I do: I tune in -- to your energy, your emotions, your patterns, your memories, your souls deeper voice. I listen psychically, energetically, and intuitively. I take that information and use it to guide you down a path to your own knowing, using direct and compassionate questions to teach you how to access self inquiry and self trust. It's like a more in depth counselling session, where I often pull in other modalities like Relational Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Reiki, various nervous system regulation techniques, and whatever is needed for you in the moment. I feel what's underneath what you're saying (or not saying), and reflect it back in a way that helps you recognize your own truth.
